Before introducing the new version, we want to give a special thanks to our community members. During the development of this upgrade, many of you actively participated in polls and shared feedback. Your ideas and votes helped shape many of the improvements in Krydrufi V1-2.0.

Why are we launching this project?

Fulfilling Our Promise— Back in 2023, when we launched the first Krydrufi Art Box on Kickstarter,  we made a promise to our backers.  We promised that the system would continue to evolve — with new modules, upgrades, and improvements designed to make the painting experience better over time.  Krydrufi V1 2.0 is part of that promise

Over the past three years, our Facebook community has grown to more than 1,800 members, many of whom supported our original Kickstarter campaign or purchased our products. During this time, community members helped us test ideas, vote in polls,  and share valuable feedback that guided the development of this new version.  This project is also our way of saying thank you to everyone who supported Krydrufi from the beginning.

Customize the number of dividers based on your storage needs

Use the water tank module together with the modular utility box to keep your tools and miniature parts organized.The tank can hold 10–12 AV/AK paint bottles, several brushes, and a painting holder.

This cleaning insert works with our water tank system for brush cleaning, and can also be used on your desk with soap to maintain and care for your brushes.

When used together, the cleaning insert, water tank, and brush holders let you clean brushes faster while keeping them neatly organized and within easy reach.

 

The dry brush palette is made from ABS + PC, designed to closely simulate the surface and feedback of real miniature models.

Unlike typical 3D-printed textures, the surface is created through precision-molded engraving, ensuring consistent texture, higher durability, and a more realistic dry brushing experience.

Curves, folds, slopes, ridges, and irregular textures simulate real miniature surfaces, helping you see how paint behaves during dry brushing.

The wet palette, palette paper, and sponge work together with three new mixing palettes to create a more powerful paint mixing system, making your painting workflow easier.

Our community asked for a walnut woodgrain version — so we made it.

But the wood-grain plastic finish is significantly more complex and expensive to manufacture than our standard versions, and the production yield is much lower during the manufacturing process.

On top of that, the factory requires a minimum order quantity of 2,000 units for this version.

That means:

• If this Kickstarter campaign ends below 2,000 units, we will still place an order for the minimum 2,000 units required by the factory.
• After the campaign ends, once the remaining wood-grain units are sold out, this version will not be produced again.
• If the campaign exceeds 2,000 units, we will produce according to the actual number ordered.

So this is not a standard long-term version — it is a true Limited Edition release.

You no longer need to spend hours searching for expensive tools in different sizes. Our painting station brings everything you need together in one place. We will also continue developing new modules based on feedback from our community. So you can expand and customize your station freely — according to your needs and budget.
