Lore:

This Artisan Series release is dedicated to high quality, handcrafted sculpt and resin. Not all who are granted the curse of the Vargyr succumb to it. While most are capable of retaining some semblance of humanity, few could be said to have prospered. The Vargr Lord represents those that have reached the pinnacle of control over their form. Capable of controlling their change, these savage warriors have managed to retain their human minds in their bestial forms, creating a perfect mix of animal savagery and human cunning. Quickly establishing their dominance over their feral brethren these terrifying warriors take to the field with a twisted menagerie of monstrous followers, falling upon the hapless foe in an avalanche of tooth and claw.

How they Play:

A brutal transformation of a Blooded enhances this mighty warrior’s martial prowess to unparalleled levels. Faster, stronger, and more resilient than before, they stand as formidable front-line brawlers, primed to confront the fiercest of foes.

Lore

Much like the Ugr’s, Werewargs are seen as the children of the Einherjar Vargyr, known for his shapeshifting abilities. They are more correct than they know. Werewargs are born when a blood descendant of Vargyr is bitten by a Warg and somehow survives. The influx of Warg DNA triggers the latent abilities, but lacking their forefathers control, it does so uncontrollably, triggering each time the warrior is stressed or injured. In battle these changes are triggered in a relentless cascade, their bodies reverting to their primordial form, healing them of all injury sustained, but exacting a terrible toll on their metabolism, making these beasts unstoppable, ravenous horrors the world has learnt to fear.

How they Play:

Fast, agile, and ferocious, werewolves exert immense pressure on enemy formations from the outset of the game. They particularly target enemy light ranged troops, as the werewargs‘ regeneration enables them to heal from any wounds sustained while closing in on enemy lines.

Product Information

●    Assembly: Required.
●    Box size: 3.7×7.4×10.4cm; 114grs
●    Material: Resin
●    Scale: 38mm

Lore:

This Artisan Series release is dedicated to high quality, hand crafted sculpting and resin. The title of Jarl is perhaps the most misleading. Much like the word ‘Lord’ used in the southern lands, there can be a great gulf between two different individuals addressed by the same title. The same holds true in Nord society, where a Jarl remains a recognized leader of men, but the number and puality of the troops at his disposal can vary wildly. In the southern coast of Mannheim, where the weather is a little sweeter than in the true north and the sea provides its bounty through both raiding and fishing, a Jarl might rule over no more than one prosperous town or village, but still manage to support a standing fighting force of over a hundred hard bitten raiders and huskarls, doubling or tripling that during times of need. On the other hand, in the deep north where only small communities of few people can be sustained, a Jarl’s available manpower shrinks tremendously, often resulting in situations where a single Jarl and his hand-picked chosen men range over a large area, hunting and tracking outlaws and predators. The gap is further widened due to another powerful determinant of a Jarl’s status and resources; one’s command of ships. Having the ability to entice warriors with the promise of plunder and the income provided by the same, southern Jarls often command enough warriors to commit half their forces to raiding year round, without having to sacrifice on efficiency of their dwelling’s other operations. All the while, the income and glory from successful raids adds to a Jarl’s prestige, bringing even more men willingly under their command.

How they Play:

Tacticians and masters of raids, Jarls storm enemy positions with a mix of human infantry, brutes, and mighty Jotnars. Essential to any Nord Army List, these characters present a well-balanced aggressive warband to the battlefield, ensuring a strong early presence.

In Game Role

• Battlefield Role: Restricted Monster
• Class: Heavy
• Type: Monster

Lore :

Clad in a shell of Dweghom-worked steel, an Ironclad Drake is a primordial incarnation of battle. Its already tough hide has been covered in thick iron plates, its vulnerable head and neck encased in steel. Warlike and proud like no other race, it should come as little surprise that the Dweghom have taken to displaying the might and prowess of their hold and history from the back of these powerful beasts. The greatest warriors among their kind, the Hold Raeghs, can often be seen riding these lumbering beasts, their swaying gait making the banners hanging from it ripple even as their roars drown the din of battle. This set arrives to you with three different posable heads so you can customize your warrior. Be sure to add the Raegh Drake Rider for added game play benefit (sold separately)

How they Lore Play:

These formidable beasts are utilized in battle as mounts, and even after their rider’s demise, they persist in their unending servitude, bearing the body and colors of their eternal master. In the Dweghom culture, „eternal“ often means „until the next Dweghom rises with enough Aghm to claim this magnificent beast as their own mount.“ This notion alone motivates Dweghom in the presence of such a creature to fight with unmatched zeal, amplifying the ferocity of Dweghom attacks to unparalleled heights. This isn’t even considering the presence of a powerful, fully-armored Drake wreaking havoc on enemy front lines. WARNING: Not suitable for children under 36 months. Small parts. Essential pointed components.

Box Contents

●   1 Resin Miniature
●   1 Infantry Base
●   1 Command Card

Product Information

●   Assembly: Required.
●   Material: Resin
●   Scale: 38mm

Lore:

While the greatest standing a Dweghom Warrior can attain is that of Hold Raegh, not all Raeghs are equal. The greatest amongst them are granted the title of Bergont Raegh and granted the honour of taking the hold’s own banner into battle atop the back of the only creature strong enough to bear its weight: the Ironclad Drake. So powerful and deep is this honour, that this honour persists beyond death, his remains riding to battle atop the Ironclad Drake until another might match his achievements and claim his title.

How they Play:

Riding an Ironclad Drake is the supreme symbol of Aghm. A Hold Raegh who has achieved such feats to earn the right to ride a Drake seeks only more formidable and larger adversaries. Such a Raegh merely needs direction towards the nearest monster or any other seemingly „unyielding“ obstacle.

Gefallen mir gut.
