GW: Goblin Previews
Zwei neue Goblin Modelle wurden angekündigt, für Warhammer Age of Sigmar und Blood Bowl.
’Tis the Night Before Christmas and… Da Red Gobbo’s Brought His Mates
Ever since da Red Gobbo acquired his trusty reindeer-squig Bounca, grots have become a Christmas fixture here at Warhammer. And this Christmas Eve, two new gits are throwing their inconsiderable weight behind da revolushun – the Gloomspite Gitz Squigboss with Gnasha-squig, and veteran Blood Bowl Star Player Scrappa Sorehead.
The Squigboss is a mean new Hero for Warhammer Age of Sigmar, a master beasthandler who has survived months or even years wrangling his clan’s squigs. His mates no longer trust him – anyone who the squigs don’t fancy eating has got to be weird, right? – but he provides powerful boons to his toothsome charges by feeding them tasty shroom treats.
And who needs other pals anyway when you’ve got a faithful Gnasha-squig at your side, sharing a bond that transcends any between grots?
Our other goblin is a legend of ill repute, Scrappa Sorehead. This daredevil pogoer has been in the game of Blood Bowl for decades, a ball-carrying menace who brings a terrifyingly vertical element to the astrogranite. And he’s learned a trick or two – once per game he can soar like a light-fingered eagle and intercept a pass on a 2+.
He’s joining his old mate and/or adversary Nobbla Blackwart in a gruesome twofer from Forge World.
Both grots (well, all three if you count Nobbla…) will be available in the New Year – as will the new Battletome: Gloomspite Gitz, in which you’ll find the rules for the Squigboss. The star players’ rules are to be found in the latest Spike! Almanac, which is available now.
