  • Boah, das Bild mit dem Heck des Menschenschiffes sieht super aus….wenn meine Bemalungen aus unmittelbarer Nähe nicht so uunsauber aussehen würden, würde ich liebend gerne auf einem Spieltisch gerne solch vergleichbare Aufnahmen machen

    • Ja das Foto ist wirklich klasse und fixt einen zum Nachmachen. Das Problem ist nur immer der Hintergrund. Da müsste man wirklich mal in entsprechende Fotowände investieren.

      • Mit mehr Tiefenunschärfe kann man den Hintergrund mit irgendwas hellem im Hintergrund schon gut darstellen….denke ich zumindest

      • Green screen > Freistellen > beliebiger Hintergrund

        Wenn’s nur um Bilder geht. Gerade mit so scharfen Kanten (Horizont etc) weniger problematisch.

  • Die Goblins(alles seit Vanguard) sind großartig! Von den Ratten brauch ich erstmal noch mehr Bilder.

    Die Dust Schiffe machen auch was her, den Rest kennt man ja schon. Wobei mir in der Masse sogar die Orks ganz gut gefallen. Ach hätte ich doch mehr Platz und Zeit und Hibbie-Budget.

  • Von hinten gefällt mir das Schiff der Basileaner richtig gut. Es kommt wohl wirklich auf die Perspektive an. Ansonsten habe ich weiterhin ein Faible für die Zwergenschiffe, wobei ich verstehen kann, wenn die nicht jedem gefallen. Ich freue mich jedenfalls schon sehr auf das Spiel.

    • Einfach zu blockig, und wenig unterscheidbar…wobei zuletzt bei der Flotte mit dem blauen akzenten das Farbschema einiges wegmacht, auch hier ist es ganz gut gelunge….hätte ir aber gerade hier mehr kleinigkeiten wie schaufelräder hinten, da vorne, da dies, da jenes gewünscht. Da sie keine Segel haben, ist es schon schwer genug sie unterscheidbarer/individueller zu machen

      • Ich hätte eine Optik eines bewaffneten Mississippi-Dampfers Mal erfrischend neu gefunden….wenn du schon Schaufelräder designst, finde ich da meine Vorstellung nicht so weit hergeholt

  • Ich fand die Designs von Uncharted Seas sehr stark (die späteste Variante, die jeweils erste Edition der Schiffe war recht schrecklich). Das ist für mich der Maßstab und da kommen die Schiffe von Mantic meiner Meinung nach leider nicht ran. Nun habe ich noch UCS in Hülle und Fülle und investiere nicht nochmal in neue Schiffchen. Freut mich aber, dass das Thema so gut ankommt…
