Friends! We did it again. We`re underestimated the demand for new Orcs, for Flesh Golems, and even for Gobbos. Every year we`re trying to predict the demand – and failing completely. Apparently, we`re not the brightest persons in such things So, MANY orders are delayed, for 4-6 weeks (and even more in a few cases). As always, let me assure you, that all orders will be fullfilled. You`ve trusted us greatly in these troubling times and we will not betray this trust, no matter what. Unfortunatey, with all this and international shippings complications during Covid-19… we`re not the best choice for Christmas presents, probably.

While we`re solving the logistical troubles, we`re taking some steps to make taht situation better. First of all, the Gift Certificates are available at ArtelW.com again, from $20 to $200 in amount, and if you need a custom one – vo problem, just contact us. Next, we will add new shipping option soon – expedited delivery with DHL service, extra fast… for big price, though. And of course, Holidays Season will be full of gifts and surprises, as always.
