The tide rises, the air thick with brine and decay. The cold grasp of winter still lingers, but there are places where the chill is not of ice—but of water, creeping higher with every breath. Beneath the twisted roots and blackened reeds, something stirs. Whispers ripple through the marsh, carried on currents unseen, beckoning the lost to wade deeper… deeper… until there is no escape.

Upon the sunken throne sits King Theomon Valceran, Lord of the Sinking Throne, his dominion stretching through the brackish mire. Beside him drifts Morwenna, Lost Maiden of the Swamp, her beauty a haunting lure for those foolish enough to follow. And slinking through the tangled undergrowth, the Fungal Hound prowls, its mycelial flesh pulsing with unnatural life.

The marsh is not empty—it is watching. The Daughters of the Drowned rise from the murky depths, their ghastly forms twisting in the gloom. In the deeper waters, unseen horrors await; The Drowned Lurkers move in silence, their sightless eyes useless in the dark they call home. And in the shallows, where the water meets the air, The Brackwater Sirens sing their mournful song, a dirge for those who will never leave.

The waters are rising. Will you sink beneath the waves, or fight against the pull of the Throne of the Drowned King?
