Steamforged Games präsentieren zwei neue Command Cadres für Warmachine: Dusk Final Hunt & Orgoth Graveborn.

Warmachine: Frozen & Forgotten – Death Rises, Vengeance Hunts

Two vengeful forces, worlds apart in life and death, are about to collide. One fights to avenge a dying people. The other claws their way out of bleak barrows to wage war all over again. And you? You get to decide how this one ends.

Frozen & Forgotten is up for pre-order right now — two lore-rich and incredibly detailed Command Cadres in one set. This set expands your Dusk and Orgoth collections in two different ways.

Like the Khador & Cygnar and Shadows & Scum two-player sets, both forces will be playable in 30-point games, making them an ideal way to get into Warmachine. They’ll also be playable as part of the existing Dusk House Kallyss and Orgoth Sea Raiders armies.

Tomorrow’s rules drop (spoiler) will include the House Kallyss and Sea Raiders rules for these forces. The rules that make them playable standalone will drop closer to release.

In Frozen & Forgotten, extinction is on both sides of the same coin. Will you be heads or tails?

Dusk Final Hunt

Wm Dusk Orgoth 03 Wm Dusk Orgoth 04

Once feared as the Nyss hunters of the Shard Spires, the silent killers roamed the frozen peaks, sustaining their clans through skill, patience, and a survivalist’s instinct.

Now, only Lanyssa Ryssyl and her band of legendary warriors remain to carry that legacy. Born of the mountains and hardened by endless blizzards, they stalk their quarry with unerring precision, each kill a testament to a culture on the brink of extinction.

This is the Final Hunt — and they will see their vengeance realized, no matter the cost.

Lanyssa Ryssyl, Aransor of Sorrows – revenge is never a straight line

Lanyssa is the beating heart and the burning vengeance of the Final Hunt. Operating as a lesser warlock under House Kallyss she lends her talents to any meeting her terms and price to inch ever closer to her vengeful goals.

The loss of her people and hatred for Everblight drive her every step. She has forged her grief into a weapon, honing it into the edge that will one day bring retribution.

Her path led her to two orphaned kits whose eyes reflected the same loss and fear she carried. In that shared sorrow a bond was formed. Under her care they grew into the elegant and deadly warbeasts that now prowl at her side.
Cylena Raefyll – no paradise to escape to

A sellsword hunter of many bands long gone. Cylena has seen her people burned, scattered, and forgotten. That memory fuels her every step.

As a solo, she’s a deadly skirmisher, her blade and bow finding the nooks in any enemy’s defence. Her presence alone can turn a probing skirmish into a lethal ambush.
Benkei – there’s no hunting like the hunting of Everblight

The Burningfrost Plains are home to creatures found nowhere else on Caen. It was in this desolate realm that Lanyssa found Sasha and Benkei, two of the most dangerous predators to emerge from the ice.

Benkei is all muscle, teeth, and fury. Ice lion grace meets armour-shredding power, and when unleashed by Lanyssa, Benkei can crash through the enemy line like an avalanche.
Sasha – Death on silent paws

Where Benkei is a hammer, Sasha is a scalpel — if scalpels had claws the size of a man’s forearm. This snow-furred killer strikes from the flanks, pinning prey for the kill or darting deep into enemy lines to unpick their plans.

Sasha and Benkei form a bonded pair of prowling warbeasts who explore new hunting grounds in search of prey. Their lean bodies are corded with muscles and protected by sharp bone barbs. Their instincts are feral and murderous.
Last Watch – by protecting others, you save yourself

The Ryssovass once stood as the shield of the Nyss. They failed, and most were lost to dragonblight. The few unblighted survivors strove to protect the Nyss refugees as they searched for new homes.

Led by Thane Aelyth Vyr, the Blade of Nyssor, the Last Watch has pledged their greatswords and their lives to Lanyssa Ryssyl. Clad in heavy plate, they move with the grace of dancers and strike with the precision of executioners.

Shoulder to shoulder, they hold the line against impossible odds, answering every blow with one of their own. When allies fall, their fury only grows. These are not just warriors — they are the living echo of Nyss’s near extinction, and they will not yield while their duty remains unfulfilled.

Orgoth Graveborn

Buried for centuries, sealed away with their treasures and their hate, the Graveborn are the Orgoth as they once were — deathless warlords and their most trusted warriors.

Freed from their tombs to join the Second Orgoth Invasion, they march to war encased in demonic plate and armed with fell weapons, guided by prophecy older than the nations they now threaten.

Anathia, The Imperishable Desolation – tomb it may concern

Cruel, relentless, and utterly inhuman, Anathia once commanded Orgoth legions during the First Invasion. She fell and rose again more times than her enemies could count, each time clawing her way out of the Outer Abysses over the bones of the slain.

When defeat finally drove the Orgoth from Immoren’s shores, she was entombed with the spoils of war, left to seethe in silence for centuries.

Now she walks again. Posing as a lesser warlock for the Orgoth Sea Raiders, she binds Graveborn warriors to her will and shields her cohort from harm, turning their ranks into an unyielding wall of steel and bone.

Her spells strip the strength from her enemies and fortify her allies for the killing blow, while her barbed man catcher drags prey into the reach of her risen allies. Every strike is an offering to the Fellgoeth, every victory another step toward reclaiming the glories stolen from her.
Revenant Champion – undeath’s axe to grind

Unstoppable in life and indestructible in death, the Revenant Champions are the mightiest warriors slaved to the deathless will of the Graveborn.

Utterly corrupted in their service to the ancient warlords and their Fellgoeth masters, these towering horrors lacked any semblance of conscience as mortal men and are absolutely unburdened since rising.

The Revenant Champion cuts through enemy elites with contemptuous ease, an unerring reminder of the power sought within death.
Barrow Ghoul – prepare to die…again

Chains rattle. Plates grind. The Barrow Ghoul advances like a burning siege engine.

A construct of iron and death wrought of vile infernal magic; the Barrow Ghoul is a dark avatar of the Outer Abyss, it’s as much a weapon of torture as of destruction — and it excels at both as it feasts on the terror imbued bones of unfortunate victims.

Charnel Hound – fetch…your soul

A good boy met with an unfortunate fate. The Argus Hounds of Immoren were born to run free, to hunt under open skies, and never bow to a master. The Orgoth saw things differently.

When these proud beasts refused to submit, they were remade in death as Charnel Hounds. Stripped to bone and sinew, bound in chains, and cursed with an endless hunger for living flesh.
The Execrators – grave company

When Anathia fell and was borne to her tomb, it was the Execrators who carried her. Duulgrim, Harrkreth, and Vurgesh these loyal warriors then sealed themselves inside with their mistress.

The Execrators have no voices left, no mortal ambitions, and no purpose beyond slaughter. They move with unnatural speed, cutting down their prey with old iron blades and cursed spears, each kill a tribute to Anathia and a gift to the Outer Abyss. They are her vengeance, and her promise that death is never the end.

With Frozen & Forgotten, you get both of these complete command cadres in one box, ready to clash in epic, narrative-ready battles alongside House Kallyss & the Orgoth Sea Raiders. Pair them with your Dusk or Orgoth armies to unlock even more tactical tricks and see just how far you can push their vendettas.

Pre-order now and decide who claims victory in the snow-choked wastes — and who’s buried there forever. And once you’ve chosen your side, we want to hear from you.

So are you a regular tomb raider with the Orgoth Graveborn, or are you tapping into your inner survivalist with the Dusk Final Hunt? Tell us what you think of Frozen & Forgotten over on Facebook, Discord, Instagram, or Bluesky — and don’t forget to tag your posts with #warmachine

  • Richtig gutes Release. Ich glaub da werd ich schwach.
Btw. Rumor has it, dass PP und SFG getrennte Wege gehen. Weiß jemand wie es mit PP weitergeht? Monpock is auch irgendwie eingeschlafen. Ohh un aktuell 30% off on mmf.

  • Also diese Box gefällt mir richtig gut!!
