Hier brauchst und vor allem bezahlst Du nicht auch noch 3-5 Bücher die Du dann immer mit Dir rumschleppst. 😉
P.S.: Und die Du alle 3 Jahre erneut bezahlst…
Jo und hier liegen irgendwelche Piloten- und Ausrüstungskarten dabei, die nach ein paar Monaten erratiert werden.
Darum gings glaube ich auch nicht. Aber einige Packen schwanken zwischen 6,66 und 7,85 USD pro Figur, vergleichsweise liegt ein 10er Trupp der neuen Space Wolfs Blood Claws bei 6,50 USD pro mini. Die Tanks sind wenn ich sie mal in Relation zu einem Leman Russ setze in etwa gleich teuer. Natürlich entscheidet am Ende mehr, was eine volle Armee Kostet und wie sich Kosten auch für Regeln verhalten. Ohne es genau zu wissen würde ich zumindest den Educated Guess abgegeben, dass eine vollwertige Klon Armee insgesamt günstiger als eine 2000 punkte Astra Militarum Armee wäre, was auch mit den erwähnten REgeln zu tun hat, aber wahrscheinlich schon vor Papierprodukten. Nichts desto trotz fühlt es sich teuer an, weil die Einzelreleases außerhalb des jeweiligen Starters auch objektiv über der GW Preisrange liegen.

Das mit dem Errata ist wahr, und wohl leider unvermeidlich. (Allerdings haben sie sich zum Ziel gesetzt, nach Möglichkeit nicht inhaltlich an den Karten zu ändern, sondern nur an den Punkten. Was aber auch nicht immer klappt, logo.)
Diese Korrekturen werden dann aber auch einfach veröffentlicht.
Legion ist eindeutig nicht mehr so So Spottbillig wie es mal war, das ist leider unumstößlich. (Dafür sind die Modelle aber auch 1000% besser als die alten Weichplastik-Dinger.)
Aber „Teurer als GW“ finde ich ist eine Übertreibung die an der Sache vorbei geht.

Gute Anregung, ich nehme das Rechenbeispiel mal auf:
Wenn ich jetzt neu Einsteige brauche ich beispielsweise für 1000p:
~600p Klon-Starter: 90,- (bestehend aus Obi, (bis zu) 4 Trupps Reguläre Klontruppen, 1x ARCs & 1x ARFs)
120p Ahsoka, weil cool: 30,-
100p Support-Platform, weil ich Bock aufn Auto habe: 50,-
085p BARC-Speeder, weil Moppeds noch cooler als Auto sind: 30,-
100p Clone Commandos: 40,-
Macht 240,- Eumel. Und bei der überschlägigen Rechnung habe ich jetzt nicht auf Gedeih und Verderb Upgrades in jede Unit reingestopft um Punkte aufzuplustern. Sondern nur Upgrades die allgemein üblicherweise oft genommen werden.
Heißt, dass ich durchaus doch auch ein bisschen variieren kann, indem ich doch ein paar Spezialwaffen mehr mitnehme und dafür das Mopped zuhause lasse oder so.
Ich habe nicht nach möglichst „billig“ ausgesucht, sondern nach „nette bunte Mischung“. Und ich habe nicht auf Quetsch nach dem billigsten Preis für die Boxen gesucht.
Ich muss nicht ein einziges Buch kaufen dafür.
Das ist ’ne echte, funktionale Liste. Wahrscheinlich keine um Turniere zu gewinnen, aber das liegt nur daran, dass ich kein Turnierspieler bin. Könnte man wahrscheinlich mit ähnlichem Budget bauen, wenn man wollte.

insofern das die reguläre Armeegröße ist, hat sich der Vergleich dann auch schon ergeben. 2000 Punkte ist ja nach wie vor die Reguläre Armeegröße bei GW. Für 40K bekommt man keine 2000 Punkte Armee zu dem Preis, wenn man regulär kauft und auch wenn man second hand etc kauft dürfte es einem extrem schwer fallen. somit ist zumindest im sinne dessen, was es kostet um mit einer volen Armee zu spielen sehr eindeutig wer günstiger ist. Unabhängig davon, dass die Einzelfigurenpreise bei Legion, sieht man von Charakteren ab, inzwischen höher sind.
Ah, ja, Sorry.
1000p sind ein „Normales“ Spiel bei Legion, äquivalent zu dem was in 40k 2000p sind.
In dem Falle „11 Aktivierungen“, was (für Klone) auch nicht besonders Elitär ist.

Für die Karten zahlst aber nicht 40-50€ extra, die bekommst du mit dem Modell einfach dazu.
Wenn GW die Datenblätter in die Modellboxen packt, kannst den Vergleich gerne bringen

Im Grunde viele Re-Releases und Neuauflagen. Ist aber das ein oder andere dabei was ich mir holen werde.
Der Snowspeeder Bausatz von Revell kostet unter 10€ und ist glaub auch nicht so viel kleiner … da sind 40 Tacken schon ne Hausnummer *uff* 😮
Der ist leider viel kleiner, aber man könnte es als perspektivische Größenunterschied betrachten. 🙂
Jop. Nominell würde der Scale sogar einigermaßen passen. Aber auf’s Volumen bezogen wahrscheinlich nicht halb so groß wie er sein müsste. Habe ich hier liegen weil mal zum Warenkorb auffüllen mitgenommen und werde den wohl in „Greebles“ zerhacken und in Gelände verbauen.

Besser wäre der Bandai-Bausatz in 1:48. Der liegt preislich aber wieder bei 40€+.
