Bushido: Neue Preview
GCT Studios haben zwei weitere Figuren für Bushido vorgestellt.
Zum einen Renishi für die Jung Pirates:
This ‘lobstrosity’ has been Blessed by the Ocean and is known as the Killer Claw among his shipmates. With a form more suited to life at sea, specifically a pirate’s life at sea, with his armoured frame, snapping claws and great strength, Renishi can hold a flank (Or a Deck) against all foes. Any who dare attack him are often left blooded and at the mercy of the sharks, the Jung’s other fearsome sailors.Jung players can pretend to be Bear Clan for a while with access to Armour (4), but unlike their Minimoto foes, Renishi can also Regenerate his whopping ten boxes. Harder to kill than a whole warband of Kaizoku, Renishi also has excellent melee abilities, and his spines cause Bleed Markers offering another route to getting those Shark charges off.
Zum anderen ein Kami of the Summer Storm für den Temple of Ro Kan
The typhoon season around Jwar produces startling and destructive weather, with high wind destroying all in its path. Whole villages and entire fleets have been known to disappear when these tempests prowl the land and sea. The storms draw their power and fury from the ocean, eventually dying out the further they travel inland, but even this brief time of landfall is one of terror and despair. Similar to the storm this Kami embodies, its time here will be short. Animists from the Temple of Ro-Kan usually summon this Kami to teach the unsui the ways of air, but it can also be used for its destructive nature against attacking enemies. It can scatter enemy warbands to the four winds leaving a well-orchestrated attack or ambush out of position and in complete disarray.
Temple players will be positively spoiled by this model, as it is able to quickly get into position, hand out multiple Stun Markers, and move enemy models to unfavourable positions. This model helps set up enemies for Surprise, and every time the enemy tries to outmanoeuvre you with a Place effect, this Kami gains Ki!

Renishi ist großartig!
Der löst bei mir dermaßen einen „haben will-Reflex“ aus.
Und er bedient auch schön die Bleed Mechanik der Haifischmenschen Arata, Ryota und Hitokuchi.
Der Summer Storm Kami hingegen gefällt mir nicht besonders. Sieht eher aus als ob die Olle vom Bug eines Segelschiffes abmontiert worden wäre.

Wow, das Krabbenmensch sieht sehr gut aus! Und auch extrem schwer zu töten, kann richtig zuschlagen, ist sehr schnell und passiv Bleed kann auch nützlich sein (besonders mit den Haien kombiniert, wie schon vorher gut erkannt). Da sehe ich keine wirkliche Schwachpunkte, eine sehr-sehr unangenehme Gegner…
Bei der Summer Storm Kami bin ich weniger hingerissen. Modell ist zwar schön, aber kann ich mir jetzt nicht vorstellen, wie es bemalt weren soll, damit es am Ende wirklich gut aussieht. Die Fähigkeiten sind auch eher schwer zu nutzen. Soll sie schnell zum Gegner fliegen, und dann möglichst lang die Aufstellung stören?
