Star Wars Legion: Neue Preview

„We do not accept bad deals.”
–Pyke, Star Wars™: The Bad Batch

To be a leader in one of the major crime syndicates is no easy task. These feared commanders oversee groups of soldiers in support of their respective criminal operations and are responsible for the expansion of their faction’s holdings. Often involved in schemes of their own, a constant struggle for control of their trade ensures these enterprising individuals are always looking for a leg up on the competition. The aspirants that ascend to these ranks are ruthless, calculating, and cruel. Skilled at their craft, only the best survive long enough to earn the title of Capo or Vigo. Join us in this installment of Scene to Stats, as we explore the Black Sun Vigo and Pyke Syndicate Capo in Star Wars™: Legion!

Vigo

Each of these Commanders contains a blend of new keywords alongside a splash of familiar ones. Both the Vigo and Capo have Aid, which allows them to give an aim, dodge, or surge token to a friendly mercenary unit from the same affiliation instead of receiving the token themselves. They also both make use of Independent to support their forces. This combination of keywords allows each leader to assist their allies and boost either their offensive or defensive capabilities by gaining a token at the start of the Activation phase and then immediately passing them to friendly units!

Capo

Additionally, the Black Sun Vigo and Pyke Syndicate Capo emulate the Corps they lead with the inclusion of Dauntless and Danger Sense 2 respectively. The weapons they carry are also similar to their troops, albeit with increased lethality. Finally, the Vigo and Capo can equip Lead By Example, a new command upgrade that gives the unit Inspire 2. This suite of abilities and keywords ensures your mercenary forces will be well suited to complete any task they are assigned.

Lead+By+Example

The Black Sun Vigo and Pyke Syndicate Capo also give you access to three new command cards to protect the interests of their respective syndicates. These cards all focus on ordering Mercenary units. The first card, Discretion, rewards players for sacrificing order control in lieu of handing out Dodge tokens to friendly mercenary units. Similarly, Aggression allows you to give out aim tokens if you give out fewer orders. Finally, Ploy allows you to choose an order token and save it for when you need it most. With these cards at their disposal, the Black Sun Vigo and Pyke Syndicate Capo are well equipped to lead their mercenary forces.

Command+Cards

That’s all for our first look at the Pyke Syndicate Capo and Black Sun Vigo. Kommentare

Nun gut spart mir Geld 🙂
