Mortimizer’s Magnificent Monsters: Kickstarter
Neue Monster braucht das Land.
Welcome weary wanderers,
I’m Trent, founder of Happy Owl Games, and when it comes to gaming, I love three things: Giant Monsters, Resin Miniatures, and RPGs. By combining these three passions along with the talents of two amazing artists, Mortimizer’s Magnificent Monsters of the Multiverse was born.
Mortimizer’s is a resin miniature range of unique and magnificent monsters designed for painters and gamers alike. The miniatures will be cast from hand-poured, high-quality resin to ensure every detail from the original sculpt is captured. The models are 28mm scale and are compatible with most TTRPG miniatures.
This campaign is to fund the production costs of wave one of Mortimizer’s. Wave one consists of four resin miniatures and a 50-page pdf with all of the content you’ll need to add these Magnificent Monsters to your 5e games. The models are entirely ready for production. The pdf content is still being developed, but the four main monsters‘ statblocks will be available for beta testing soon after the campaign ends.
This is my first Kickstarter, and to ensure a smooth backer experience, I have partnered with two industry veterans. Trenchworx will be the manufacturer for this project to provide you with expertly crafted kits. I have also partnered with ShipQuest for fulfillment, allowing me to reliably ship pledges to most places in the world.
Thank you so much for checking out my Kickstarter. It means the Multiverse to me.
Born of the primordial star’s essence, the Vilanti were two-headed celestials that once had an empire spanning the entire Multiverse. According to legend, every time a Vilanti is born, their soul lets out a powerful wave of energy, which causes another creature born at the same time to mutate into having two heads. These creatures are called Vilanti-Touched. Due to their rarity, they are high-priority targets for poachers. Mortimizer hopes to offer these creatures a sanctuary where they can live in peace.

Rune Carved Guardians are beasts modified by a mysterious Runemaster know only as The Baron. The guardian must be equipped with a Rune-Caged Gem to control its „gifted“ powers. The Baron uses his creations to guard access to his magical vaults across the Multiverse. Rumors say the vaults hold untold treasures and powerful artifacts. Mortimizer seeks to rescue these poor mutilated creatures at any possible opportunity.
Height is measured from the bottom of the model to the highest spike on its torso. (does not include base height)
Physical manifestations of fear are common across the Multiverse, but The Avatars are its ultimate manifestation. These beings have wreaked havoc since the dawn of the Multiverse, and they appear in realms where despair reigns and hope is a forgotten memory. There they are worshipped as gods and feed on the plight of the inhabitants. Mortimizer hopes to free any realm in the clutches of one of these monstrosities.
Height is measured from the bottom of the model to the top of its shoulders. The measurement to the top of the claw is 3.5″. (does not include base height)
There is an unknown force at work threatening the Multiverse. Rumors of entire shards devastated by giant creatures seemingly comprised of souls have spread across the Multiverse. These perverse constructs reportedly absorb any person’s soul unfortunate enough to cross its path. While soul-fused items have a storied history, none on record even begins to reach this magnitude. Mortimizer aims to capture one of these constructs to learn more about its nature and its origin.
Height is measured from the bottom of the model to the tip of the tallest weapon. Width is measured from the outside of one hand to the other. (does not include base height)

Add-ons gibt es auch:
The story of Mortimizer’s is centered around its titular character. Mortimizer is an immortal wizard who travels the cosmos with his mythical menagerie putting on prodigious performances throughout the Multiverse. Occasionally, he needs help tracking down and capturing new monsters for his magnificent menagerie. That’s where our adventurers come in. Do you have what it takes to be a legend, or will you, like so many before, perish to these formidable foes?
Man, myth, or legend, it’s hard to tell which applies to Mortimizer. He has many names, Magister of the Multiverse, The Supernova Sorcerer, Last Hero of the Rune Wars, The Cosmic Custodian, and Devourer of Dread. Still, no matter what you call him, there is only one Mortimizer. Mortimizer was a prodigy almost from the day he was born. It didn’t take long until he became a master of the arcane and discovered a long-lost secret to immortality. He soon realized his secret would be highly sought after, attracting the worst the Multiverse has to offer. To keep his secret safe, he imbued his estate with the ability to travel the Multiverse and locked himself inside. At first, his friends would sporadically visit him. Knowing of Mortimizer’s deep passion for magical creatures, one of his companions brought him a fledgling phoenix to keep him company. With that, Mortimizer’s Magnificent Monsters of the Multiverse was born. His cohorts continued this newfound tradition over the decades. This was a cherished time for Mortimizer, but like all good things, it came to an end when his last companion passed away. Not one to dwell on his own misfortune, Mortimizer decided to travel across the Multiverse and showcase his magnificent menagerie. That was over 2000 years ago, and he continues to perform shows and occasionally persuades a daring group of adventurers to seek new monsters to add to his collection.
Und Infos zum Shipping:
We all know how challenging shipping can be for any Kickstarter, let alone a first-time creator. Like I said before, I am partnering with Shipquest to make this process as smooth as possible. We have worked hard to secure the cheapest shipping rates possible before launch. I have secured hubs in the EU and UK already. Australia, Canada, and Asia-friendly shipping are entirely possible, but I would like to have at least 50 backers in a region before committing to setting up a hub. The last thing I want to do is promise something I can’t deliver on. Shipping will be charged after the Kickstarter when we confirm your order based on your country. The below rates are estimates and do not include taxes or VAT.
