Time is running out to get your hands on Dominion – stocks of the jam-packed boxed set are running low – but reinforcements have arrived in the form of three new ways to start waging war in the Era of the Beast, and they’re all up for pre-order next Saturday.

Each of these boxes contains staunch warriors of the Stormcast Eternals and the unerringly kunnin’ Kruleboyz orruks. These forces are scaled to different game sizes to ensure that, however big your tabletop is, there’s a set to suit your needs.

The Warrior and Harbinger sets contain gaming mats and cardboard terrain for budding generals to play across. The Extremis Starter Set, however, comes with a double-sided gaming board and five pieces of plastic scenery based on the emerging settlements of the Dawnbringer Crusades, providing a handsome and thematic environment in which to play your games of Warhammer Age of Sigmar.

Each box also includes the game’s Core Rules, so you have everything you need to start playing right from the outset.

Any one of these boxes provides a thrilling tabletop wargaming experience, and they are excellent ways to introduce newcomers to the Warhammer hobby or to add to existing collections.

What’s more, to accompany the Starter Sets, you’ll find a variety of sets created to help you get your new armies built, painted, and on the table as quickly and as easily as possible. Two of them even come with models, so you can use them for practice, add them to your fledgling forces, or both.

The paint sets themed after the Kruleboyz orruks and the Stormcast Eternals each contain models, six paints, and a starter paintbrush. Alternatively, you can get your hands on a paint and tool set designed to help you build and paint both armies

And that’s not all we’ve got available to pre-order for Warhammer Age of Sigmar next Saturday.

Warhammer Age of Sigmar Realmscape Expansion Set

The Dawnbringer Crusades set out to drive back the darkness at the frontiers of the realms, establish bright new settlements in the name of the God-King Sigmar, and protect the citizens of Order. Some of those Crusades have failed, leaving half-built ruins in the wastelands while others continue construction apace, glittering spires standing as beacons of hope in otherwise bleak landscapes.

Whether you’re leading a Crusade against the forces of darkness or beating back the armies of Order, the Realmscape Expansion Set adds atmosphere and character to your tabletop.

You could even combine it with the scenery included in the Extremis Starter Set to create a much larger battlefield, recreating scenes from the foremost edges of the Crusades.
