These are the Harappan archers, and as we are going to expand the range with chariots they will be the Vedic Indian archers as well. As you can see they don’t yet use the heavy sword or long bow of the classical Indians, and are overall quite different in appearance, so distinct figurines are needed for these very early periods.

Here are the javelinmen for our upcoming Indus Valley Civilisation range (Harappans). The DBMM list calls them “Kulli highlanders” but that seems pretty fanciful. There may have been javelinmen in the army that were not from the Gedrosian highlands, and the Kulli culture might not have been any different from the cities of the Indus Valley! But here they are.
