Some new progress to share today. Obviously you can’t have a Wood Elf structure without a spiraling staircase to take you up into the trees. There are still some things to be worked out (like how to connect the sections to one another and/or to the tree, and the tree itself obviously) but this gives you a good idea of what is possible. The staircase as shown is three modular pieces. The first section has a facing at the bottom to match it up to the Lookout. The middle section is open at both ends to match up to the other sections. The last section has a facing at the top to match up to another Lookout, or other pieces still in development. The arches above each section are connected at the center and can be removed as a single „roof“ for easier access to the stairs themselves. You might notice the first section is slightly different from the others. This is because it is an earlier design before some of the final details were added. In the final run it will look just like the others.
