When The Other Side first launched, it was built to do something different for the Wyrd community. It asked players to think on a different scale with larger battles, formation-based combat, and striking centerpiece models.

We did not always support it as well as we should have. Production challenges, timing issues, and the realities of the last few years made it harder than it needed to be to keep momentum behind the game. That part is on us.

What has never changed is the strength of the system, the setting, and the models themselves. The Other Side remains some of our most ambitious design work, and it deserves a platform that can sustain it properly.

That is why we are bringing The Other Side to MyMiniFactory.

Digital production removes the bottlenecks that slowed us before. It allows us to release full Allegiances, large-scale forces, and terrain without manufacturing constraints. It gives players the freedom to print at the scale they prefer and expand their armies on their own timeline.

This is a forward step, not a farewell or a nostalgia project.

The Other Side is still about massive armies, strange powers, and overwhelming conflict across a fractured world. Now, with a more flexible platform, we can support it in a way that matches its scope.

What This Actually Means

Over the coming months, we will be releasing the full existing range of The Other Side on MyMiniFactory. The full line will be rolled out in a structured cadence. This includes every Allegiance and every unit.

Alongside the existing catalog, we will begin introducing new releases for each Allegiance exclusively available through 3D printing. There will be new units, new options, and new ways to build and expand your forces. The first of these is the Midnight Maw, shown below.

We will also be adding terrain, base packs, and supporting materials designed specifically for 3D printing and formation-based play.

This is an ongoing release plan.

Several Allegiance Boxes will be available as STLs for direct purchase at launch, allowing players to jump into the game immediately with an army of their choice. Two of the most requested units, the Egg Clutch and the Breachlings, will also be available from the start.

From there, each model, both existing and new, will debut through the Battle For The Breach Tribe. Tribe members receive early access and discounted pricing before those files move to the main store.

Subscribers will also receive a welcome pack that includes Adjuncts for the first four Allegiances, the Core Rules PDF, and STLs for terrain pieces that have not previously been sold.

We would also like to thank MyMiniFactory for supporting the launch with a $10 wallet credit for new Tribe members during the promotional period, giving players a little extra to expand their forces as they join the Tribe.

If the rollout performs the way we believe it can, we already have additional projects and expansions we would like to bring into the system.

We are treating this as a living platform.
