Trolls are all too common in the Caverns of Doom and the Westbarrow Hills. These loathsome creatures stand twice as tall as a man, are desperately ravenous, and strong enough to rend an armored warrior in half. Cave trolls, hill trolls, and even mountain trolls are persistent threats to both adventurers and travelers alike. For years, rumors have circulated among the taverns of Barrowgate of a great two-headed troll by the name of Lardgulp that prowls the Caverns of Doom.

Recently, a single member of the prestigious Golden Unicorns staggered into the Green Griffin, grievously wounded. She was half-mad with fever but spoke of a great waddling brute of a two-headed troll that tore into her companions all the while holding a conversation with itself. She returned to Barrowgate with a fortune in jewels and will share her wealth with whosoever avenges her companions‘ deaths by bringing her the troll’s heads.

Reaper Miniatures Bones Warg

Wargs are enormous wolves known for their evil and vicious dispositions. The warg is a friend to no man. They lead packs of wolves against farmers, homesteaders, and gamekeepers; their victims are harassed and harried for hours before the beasts move in for the kill. Wargs ally themselves with evil folk as enforcers and spies. There are tales of wicked barbarians that have an unnatural bond with wargs, sometimes acquiring the ability to transform into them. Some wargs submit to being ridden by goblins, hobgoblins, and orcs. They speak their own language and that of their allies. Wargs, being dark-hearted creatures, are vindictive by nature, and they do not forgive or forget.

A ranger speaking to farmers over a bowl of stew…
Last winter, gamewarden Krimaldi slew a pack of wargs with traps and arrows. But the packmaster, a black warg known as Bloodfang, escaped the hunter. Now, this vicious beast’s only goal is to get even with the wily gamewarden. The vindictive warg has spent the last year bending local wolves to its cruel will. Bloodfang has embarked upon a campaign of terror, annihilating flocks and herds, and, whenever possible, slaughtering herdsmen and farmers. The attacks have not gone unnoticed. Duchess Ramhorn has dispatched Krimaldi to deal with the warg once again. The gray-haired hunter is slowing with age, but he’s no fool: he’s taking on assistants, and he pays in gold.

Das Wolfsrudel kostet 9,99$

Reaper Miniatures Bones Wolf Pack

The untamed fringes of the world are the domains of wolves. Some packs are simple beasts seeking prey. Others are allied to witches, druids, and shamans acting as their eyes and ears, and if need be, teeth when protecting the land. Other packs fall under the sway of dark beings: wicked warlocks and dark druids. Vampires have an affinity for wolves, employing them as spies and foot soldiers. Regrettably, some wolves are compelled to join werewolf packs, stalking human prey for the sheer joy of bloody slaughter.

A druidess tasked with protecting a secluded stretch of forested hills approaches a party of adventurers for their help. Her pack has fallen under the dire influence of a noted poacher who recently contracted lycanthropy. The druidess is desperate and worried that her wolf companions may be lost to darkness forever.
