If you’re a fan of Warhammer, there’s a good chance you’ve leafed through Warhammer 40,000: The Ultimate Guide and know just how much awesome artwork, photography, and background lore there is between its pages. Now it’s the turn of the Mortal Realms to get the same executive treatment with Warhammer Age of Sigmar: The Ultimate Guide – written by Age of Sigmar experts Jordan Green and Phil Kelly in partnership with our friends at DK – but there’s one teensy problem to overcome: we don’t have a cover star.

We need a properly legendary hero* to stand proud on the front of this momentous book, and while we’ve narrowed it down to three options, there’s just no way to decide who the top dog is. As one of the sombre Lord-Relictors since the earliest days of Sigmar’s reconquest of the Mortal Realms, Ionus Cryptborn has served the Stormcast Eternals longer than most and now guides their weary souls towards final oblivion among the Ruination chamber.
