How to play
DreadBall All Stars recreates fast- paced sporting mayhem on your tabletop. You and your opponent each take on the role of a team’s coach, controlling five players from one of the famous All Star teams.
A game of DreadBall is split into two or more periods of play. During a period, the coaches (you) take turns activating their players, competing to get the ball, slamming their opponents, passing the ball around the arena, and scoring points by making a successful strike.
Each player is represented by a detailed individual model and has their own strengths, weaknesses, and exciting special rules. On your turn, you’ll activate one of your players, moving them and taking an action like throwing the ball, slamming an opponent, or, if in an opponent’s scoring zone, attempting a strike to score points.
Each action requires a challenge roll, which can succeed or fail. DreadBall cards can also be played on your turn, allowing you to roll additional dice, gain extra movement, or take more player turns, allowing for complex tactical plays. Play alternates between teams until all players have been activated, signaling the end of a period. At the end of the final period of play, the team with the most points wins the match!
Of course, there is much more to the rules than is detailed here. Discover more by reading an early draft of the rules (see Rules & Resources), or by watching one of the playthroughs shared in the „Preview and Gameplay“ section.
We’re so confident that you’ll love Dreadball: All Stars that we’re letting you try it for free on TableTop Simulator. We’ve added two teams, the Jets and the Juggernauts, and everything you need to host your own digital match. Each week, we’ll rotate the teams available, so keep an eye out for our updates.

Important note:
- The shipping costs are estimated and shown in GBP.
- Shipping costs include VAT and Tariffs.
- Shipping will be paid via a Pledge Manager after the campaign.
We want to make your costs as clear as possible as you back this campaign. Backers will pay the Pledge Value during the campaign and then pay the Shipping Cost via a Pledge Manager after the campaign. For all of our shipping-friendly regions, all costs are included with no additional fees.
We plan to once again use regional shipping hubs for the UK, EU, Australia & NZ, the US & Canada. This is to avoid any surprise import fees at delivery, as we have already covered them when the goods enter the region, and they are not required when the hubs dispatch your pledge to you.
The price table shows our estimated shipping cost. This is based on current shipping and tariffs as of March 2026. A lot can change between now and fulfillment, and while we cannot guarantee the future, we have run nearly 30 Kickstarter campaigns and have never had to return to our backers to cover additional shipping costs.
