January 2026 Release part 1: Craters and Fortified Craters Set + INFO + Trench Ghoul Anointed concept

Heya trenchers!

A new year, and exciting new stuff arriving! Hope everyone stayed warm and cozy!

We are starting the year with a blast, or actually with the outcome of a blast! Hehheh.

I just released the Craters & Fortified Craters Set! This is now available for everyone in your Library. 🙂

The set is relatively straight forward – it has different sized craters to create some cover on open terrain. You can easily resize the individual or crater clusters to have even more variation for the battlefield! I also made some fortified craters that fit TC setting perfectly! The fortified craters have some sandbags and battlefield debris added into the edges of the craters, forming a more fortified defensive position for the soldiers.

What is coming next in January?

The other releases I have planned for this month are the Trench Ghoul Anointed and Trench Ghoul Death Commando sets! Both will be multi-kits, including different weapon, head etc. options. It’s going to take quite much time to make multiple multi-kits in one month, so we are keeping the terrain releases light this month (only the crater set)

If I have extra time, I might make some extra terrain but currently I’m focused on getting the miniature sets started & released!

And here below is a sneak-peek concept art for the Ghoul Anointed. I’ll be using it as a guideline of the direction (as it is a concept :D), but I will be adding more charred/burned skin to the actual model, elongating the forearms to make it more eerie looking and adding some more sigils etc. to really show that the model is an Anointed and to enhance the “starving but dangerously strong” feel for the dude. I will have multiple head options inside the kit too!

If you happen to have some ideas you’d like to see on the Anointed or suggestions, please throw them into the comments! I cannot promise to include or to make radical chances, but I’m always up for new ideas and might include if it really hits me. 🙂

What is planned for February?

I will continue the Ruined City theme for terrain in February! I will most likely do a “special” building, a brewery or a coffee shop to bring some “life”, or remnants of live in previous times into the battlefields! The other terrain themed set is still up in the air. We can have a vote with a few options in the beginning of February or closer to the end of January! I have some fun ideas that I might just surprise people with..

For miniatures I will most likely aim to finish the Ghoul and Naval range during February. We are still missing the Wretched for both sets, so we might have a dual wretched-month! It might be too much to do again 2x multi-kits, but we will see how the month shapes out. 🙂

We are closing in ONE YEAR for my Tribes / Patreon! I will be sculpting the 12 month reward most likely during February as this month is quite packed! 🙂 Also for Patreon people: if you have 3 or 6 months full and haven’t yet received your Loyalty Reward – throw me a message and I’ll add it to you! (I have to do it manually for Patreon people unfortunately :D)

January 2026 Release 2: Trench Ghoul Anointed

Heya Trenchers!

I did a thing! Or many scary things! A large multi-part Anointed set for my Trench Ghost alternatives, Trench Ghouls is now available!

The kit builds all the most popular weapon option, and provides hefty amount of options to customize every Anointed.

A long list what the set contains (check pictures too):

– 4x Trench Ghoul Anointed bodies (1x Flamethrower version, 3x normal with some variation in equipment and small details)

– 7x Trench Ghoul Anointed legs (different walking / standing poses)

– 9x head and helmet variations

– 32mm Base

What is happening next in January?

This kit ended up bloating a bit (I think it ended up with 50+ parts), so it took me a week longer to make than I anticipated! Due to time constraints I can’t start+finish the Death Commando kit this month. Instead of trying to hurry it, I will make another Trench Crusade base + insert set! I believe having more variations for bases will be quite nice – as the current set can only stretch so far.

If there are wishes regarding the base + insert set, please let me know! Stylisticly I was thinking about following trench style: blanks, mud, rocks, battlefield debris, etc. I’ll make this one a bit more enhanced in quality, as I’ve learned quite much in the year since I released the first set.

What is happening in February?

For February I have currently planned to continue the Ruined City sets! I will either make a special building, or set of smaller apartment buildings. I will also be wrapping up the Trench Ghouls faction, so I will aim to do the Death Commando and Wretched sets. Its quite much to do, so we will see how it goes.

It is also a celebratory month, due to my Tribes and Patreon running for a full year! Crazy! I have a special surprise planned for the 12 month subscriber reward. Stay tuned for that! I aim to release this somewhere by the end of the month after other sets are done.

To Merchants:

The Brandshield situation with shops getting shut down is still on-going. I’ve been trying to communicate towards FF about the issue, but there hasn’t been any response than that they did receive my message where I explained the situation and advised different ways to approach & solve it. Currently I recommend you avoid all mentions of „Trench Crusade“ as it is. My miniatures and terrain are 100% legit when it comes to IP (just don’t sell the free Heretic Priest), so you don’t have to fear listing them in your shop as long as you avoid the forbidden terminology (mentioning Trench Crusade).
