Dürfen die das?
Nee, wo kein Kläger da kein Richter und dann muss man je nach Land auch noch klagen können.
Der Macher hinter ArtelW saß früher in Russland, soweit ich das noch richtig weiß. Und mittlerweile ist er in ein anderes osteuropäisches Land umgezogen. Und da ist die Durchsetzung von IP Verletzungen zumindest mal schwierig.
Als der vor vielen Jahren noch „normale“ 40k Alternativen gemacht hat, habe ich da ab und an was bestellt. Das kam auch alles zuverlässig an. Aber mittlerweile gefallen mit die neuen Sachen nicht mehr und ich habe da seit Ewigkeiten nichts mehr gekauft.
Der erste schaut nach klassischem Superman aus, aber wer ist der Kettensägenmann? Der ist ja lustig, gefällt mir. 🙂
