This hard plastic set allows you to build up to 48 Dark Ages Warriors with either spear or sword and shield. There are a HUGE variety of head types that allow you to build the following types: Goths, Saxons, Franks, Late Romans, Britons, and even later Dark Ages Vikings and Saxons with spangenhelm. The entire Decline and Fall range is designed to mix and match from the various sets to create a huge variety of styles. Pair this box with WAALR001 LATE ROMAN LEGIONARIES (1): LORICA HAMATA or WAALR002 GOTH WARRIORS for appropriate command options. WAALR005 LATE ROMAN LEGIONARIES (2): LORICA SQUAMATA and many more sets are in the works for this range.
Models require assembly and painting. Bases are not included.

Solide, im besten Sinne.
WA macht keine großartigen Miniaturen für die Vitrine oder als Centerpiece, aber dafür sehr solides R&F Material mit guter Modularität.
Dazu noch ein angemessener Preis.
Dem kann ich nur zustimmen. Ich mag die Miniaturen total weil sie nicht mit Details zugekleistert sind sondern man sich bei der Bemalung schön auf Akzentuierungen konzentrieren kann. Ich habe mir deren Boxer Set für mein Fantasy China Projekt gekauft (als Bauern) und bin total begeistert und warte schon auf die Warring States Box als Bannermen.
Auf die Box freue ich mich sehr. Bei dem Truppentyp ist die auch einfach total sinnvoll. Die von GB war ja auch schon sehr gut.
