From the deepest vaults of forgotten stone, they come. The Cerebrophages are not creatures of flesh alone, but hungers made manifest, minds sharpened into weapons, and wills forged to enslave. Their presence seeps into the cracks of the world, whispering promises of dominion to those who dare to listen.

This release brings forth their hosts in full strength. Seers entwined with writhing tendrils, armored legions sworn to the hive, and abominations whose wings blot out the cavern light. Their lords rise in towering forms, crowned with scales and fangs, monstrosities that stride like gods of nightmare.

Yet not all who dwell in these halls are of the swarm. Wanderers and mercenaries walk the edges of shadow, blades drawn against the creeping tide. And within their path lie the remnants of cursed chambers—furniture, instruments, and relics that have learned too well the echo of their former masters.

The Cerebrophages are not a rumor, nor a dream. They are the weight that presses at the edge of thought, the tremor in the torchlight, the silence that waits when all else is gone.
