The Cardassian Union is eager to work for either side, as long as they further their own agendas. With new officers, titles, directives, and equipment, this exciting new faction offers a unique way to play!
The Klingon Empire is bolstered by new named officers, titles, and equipment–providing several new tactical assets for each mission.
As for new starships, this expansion brings the Negh’Var-class, a powerful flagship, to the Klingons, solidifying them as a standalone faction in the quadrant. The Cardassians present a new and uncertain threat, as they deploy Galor-class cruisers and Groumall Type military freighters to the front lines. These ships provide new and varied assets to deploy either as mercenaries or as their own faction in the game.

Sind die Schiffe jetzt halbwegs massstabsgetreu?
Ja, die passen gut, ohne, dass ich es genau gemessen habe. Kommen auch in einem hübschen Malstandard mit einigen Details. Würde sie etwas unter Star Wars Armada ansiedeln, aber die Modelle lohnen sich.
Das Spiel selbst hat einen viel erzählerischeren Ansatz und funktioniert gerade in Szenarien toll. Passend zum Setting. Ich hole mir auf jeden Fall die Erweiterungen.

Ja, das hat mich bei Attack Wing auch extrem gestört.
Das hat man bei X-Wing besser hin bekommen.
Mal sehen, vielleicht bekommt Into the Unknown jetzt mal ne Chance.
Gleich mal vorbestellt
Wizkids kann schon coole Spiele…in Europa nur leider eigentlich nicht präsent und in den USA ist das wohl eher „Minituren-Sammeln“. Die D&D Spiele, bspw. Onslaught, sind schon klasse…wird aber eben wohl eher wegen den Minis gekauft.
Wenn sie jetzt das Attack Wings mit den Drachen in der Form wieder rausbringen…aber da gibts/gabs ja den Dragon-Strike KS…war wohl aber auch nicht erfolgreich genug.
Das Spiel ist eine totale Gurke und wirkt als hätte man der halb fertige Spielansätze wild zusammen gemischt.
Mit sehr viel mühe habe ich mich durch das „Grundspiel“ gewurschtelt und danach steht für mich fest: Finger weg von allem auf dem WizKids steht.
