Currently these are available as an Add-On through the Star Trek Ascendancy: The Final Frontier campaign on Gamefound, if you’re new to Away Missions they’re also included in a heavily discounted Complete Collection bundle which contains every expansion plus the Q Organized Play specialist miniature and cards.

The Romulan/Klingon Ship boards and Q Specialist miniature/cards will also be available on the official GF9 webstore in due course.
