Our first Weekend Teaser for September – The SdKfz 251/20 Schützenpanzerwagen „Uhu“ was equipped with a 60 cm infrared searchlight, providing a range of 1.5 km for illuminating targets at night. Known as „Uhu“ (Eagle Owl), these vehicles guided IR sight-equipped Panther tanks and other armoured vehicles to targets that were beyond the reach of their smaller infrared searchlights.
