First part for July preview!

Hello everyone, here is the complete set of longbowmen. I had 15 poses planned, but I want to make sure I have enough time for the next part. So for now, 13 figures make up this longbowmen unit.
Let’s see if you guys can spot the dinner one archer caught 😉
The following accessories are included and seen in the picture:

• 1 arrow runner
• 4 different stakes
• 2 arrow bags laid on the ground
• 2 sets of arrows thrust into the ground

I made the arrows thicker since they’d be sticking out, so i printed the first one I finished to make sure it wouldn’t be too fragile, and it feels pretty solid! Also decided to paint it for fun

Another preview for July!

The dismounted Prince Edward of Woodstock, The Black Prince!

I’ve made 4 versions. With and without Heraldry as usual (this is super tedious heraldry, so some of us need the guides hah), and with and without crown. No crown is more realistic but I’m sure many of you would want the image based on his effigy. And I chose a very „command-like“ pose, but still hopefully very unique.

And on the note of his tomb effigy, I was initially going to make him based off that, with the sleevless surcoat and round-ended pieces of cloths extending off the bottom of it, but instead, basing him off his jupon is a sure accurate representation for him on campaign in the mid 1300s. But the armor is based off his effigy.

Stay tuned for the mounted version, and hopefully someone carrying his great helm and shield to accompany this dismounted version.

Finally preview for July!

Final preview for July! Now Edward of Woodstock is mounted (I’ve made some adjustments after painting both so you’ll get the improved versions not pictured here ). Here are both mounted and dismounted versions as well

I made 3 versions of the horse and shields, plain caparison, his standard herardly, and the white feathers on black which I understand to be his “peace” time heraldry or tournament heraldry? (and same for the shields)

The rider himself has plain and standard lions and fleur de lys with white bars heraldry like the dismounted version. But oly with his greathelm and lion crest, which I tried to make as accurate as possible according to his effigy and the surviving piece itself.
