Start Playing Quickly with Ready-to-Play Lists

When you’re getting started with a new game or expanding to play a new army, it can be intimidating building a new list from scratch. While we do our best to make all of our games and Army Books balanced and support nearly any style of play you find fun, having some lists Ready-to-Play can make jumping in a lot easier and a lot less stressful.

So thanks to user feedback, we’re combining the Community Lists and our own Official Lists into our new Ready-to-Play lists to make finding and sharing example armies to play even easier in Army Forge, our free online list building app for all of the One Page Rules games!

Using a Ready-to-Play List

Now when you go to create a list for any of the armies in Army Forge, at the top you’ll be given a choice to create a Custom List like normal or to choose one of the Ready-to-Play Lists available for the army. Choosing these lists will load it into Army-Forge just like loading one of your own saved lists where you can use it in the app, print it out, or customize it to fit your play style or mini collection.

If any are available for the faction, the OPR made Official Lists will appear at the top, and then the top rated community made lists will appear below them.

Create your Own Ready-to-Play List

You can share your own Ready-to-Play Lists easily! Just use the ‘Share Ready-to-Play List’ option in the Army Forge menu after creating a custom list, and give it a name and description. Users can vote for the lists they like most, and the top ranking lists will appear first in the Ready-to-Play List menu.

So get out there, everyone, and share your favorite lists!
