JULY: THE LION & THE MUSKET
«Let the roar of gunpowder announce our arrival, and let the silence after the volley confirm our victory.»
— Motto of the Valcasta Corps of Engineers.
Greetings, patrons.
This month, the scent of gunpowder permeates everything. The art of war is changing, and on the battlefields of the High Kingdom and its most dangerous roads, a new doctrine is taking hold. A doctrine of steel, steam, and unwavering determination.
From the greatest war machine we have ever conceived to the elite companies that defend honor at the point of a rapier, July is a testament to power and ambition. These are the armies of a new era.
🔱 THE BANNERMAN – THE PRIDE OF VALCASTA
«Where others build castles, Valcasta makes them move.»
— Common saying in the courts of the High Kingdom.
The power of House Kraegar is forged in its mastery of technology and strategy. The Rolling Fortress is the culmination of its doctrine: an unstoppable war machine, the symbol of a kingdom that stops at nothing.
CHARACTERS
Merchant Prince of Marenstadt The master of the naval guilds who accepted Valcasta’s audacious contract. He now serves as the crew’s commander, uniting his maritime expertise with the military might of the Lion.
Archmage on Horseback, Elector of the Synod This is no mere battle wizard; this Archmage is one of the most powerful figures in the Kingdom. As a member of the Assembly of Electors and a representative of the Arcane Synod, his presence on this expedition is a political statement. He ensures that the Kingdom’s arcane power backs the endeavor, while also watching to ensure Valcasta’s new technology does not defy the limits imposed by the Synod.
TROOPS
Road Wardens They are not line troops. They are scouts, escorts, and frontier judges. They patrol the roads of Valcasta, operating far from garrisons for weeks on end. When a road is safe, it is because they have paid the price.
Champions of Marenstadt The Merchant Prince’s personal guard and the officers on board. Protected by heavy armor and armed with greatswords or pistols, they are the crew’s elite, responsible for defense during boardings and for maintaining discipline.
Henchmen of Marenstadt The veteran crew. They are the gunners, engineers, and sailors who know every gear and every creak of the fortress. Their weathered faces and ready weapons prove they have survived more than one storm, both at sea and on land.
Young Bloods of Marenstadt The new recruits, eager to earn a name for themselves and a share of the spoils. Equipped with lighter weapons like crossbows or short swords, they handle the most thankless tasks on board, dreaming of the day they will become Henchmen or Champions.
WAR MACHINES
The Rolling Fortress The High Kingdom redefined war with this mobile bastion. Its construction was a shared feat: hulls from Marenstadt, engineering from Grelmark, and military assembly by Valcasta. It is our most complex model to date, a centerpiece ready to dominate any battlefield.
⚔️ ADVENTURER – MERCENARY COMPANY: STEEL & GUNPOWDER
«A contract is an oath. The pay is the blessing. And steel is the only argument everyone understands.»
— Unwritten Code of the Free Companies of the High Kingdom.
In the free cities and turbulent frontiers of the High Kingdom, the law is often enforced by whoever has the strongest arm and the fullest purse. In this chaos, warbands and mercenary companies flourish: groups of adventurers, veterans, and duelists who sell their skills to the highest bidder.
CHARACTERS (HEROES OF THE WARBAND)
Captain Armand and his Officers Captain Armand is the company’s leader and founder, a charismatic veteran whose word is law. He is flanked by his Lieutenants Gustave and Pascal, and Sergeant Gaston, trusted men who have earned their rank in countless duels and dangerous contracts.
TROOPS (HENCHMEN OF THE WARBAND)
Blackpowder Marksmen These are the warband’s ranged specialists. Armed with a variety of pistols and muskets, their job is to soften up the enemy with a hail of lead before the rest of the company charges in to finish the job.
Duelists and Swordsmen When the powder runs out, steel does the talking. These swordsmen are the warband’s combat core. They are lethal duelists, perfect for the chaotic melees in city streets or for protecting the marksmen in an open field.
SCENERY
Haystacks The countryside is not always open ground. These haystacks are the perfect scenery element to provide cover for your warband, set up an ambush, or serve as an objective in a skirmish across the Kingdom’s farmlands.

Sehr schöne Modelle, gefallen mir sehr gut.
Tatsächlich habe ich aber die Originale von GW, bin damit zumindest versorgt
