Last Sword Miniatures: Crown and Hearth
Diesen Monat gibt es Elfen und Angelsachsen bei Last Sword Miniatures.
August: Crown and Hearth
“Two banners. One forge.”
August marches forward under two banners: the epic fantasy of the Everlasting Day Empire, and the historical might of Anglo-Saxon England. From ivory towers to timber halls, our miniatures this month explore two visions of duty, legacy, and warfare—shaped by the same passion and precision.
August: The Bannerman – Queen’s Duty
“Let every step be a fulfilled promise, and every spear a declaration.” – Shieldmaidens’ Code
One of our most beloved campaigns returns with new pieces that expand the lore and power of the Everlasting Day Empire. From the river luminaria of Kaelmyr to the scarlet flame of the Phoenix Cohort, these models capture the elegance, martial pride, and devotion of the High Kingdom.
Everqueen, sovereign of unmatched presence, uniting her people through charisma and command.
Queen Maiden, chosen champion who raises her halberd in defense of the realm’s highest ideals.
Cohort Legate, commanding the Phoenix Cohort with unwavering precision, his flame-etched armor and leadership guiding every formation.
Princess on Horse, a noble of the surface realms, her raised lance and flowing cloak symbolizing continental ambition and lineage on the move.
Shieldmaidens Spearwomen, elite warriors trained in disciplined formations, forming a nearly impenetrable front.
Shieldmaidens Bowwomen, expert archers delivering precise, deadly fire across the battlefield.
Phoenix Cohort, a martial and spiritual order clad in scarlet steel, wielding halberds in veneration of the sacred flame.
Swan Knights, elite cavalry from Kaelmyr’s river luminaria, riding long-limbed saelindar, their lances braced, breastplates etched with wings—elegance and impact in perfect motion.
August: The Adventurer – Anglo-Saxon Scild-Burh
“Gold and oath bind the hearth. Shield and spear defend it.” – Fragment of the Beadurǣd
This month, our historical line brings you to the heart of 7th-century England. In a world of oaths, halls, and spear walls, these miniatures recreate the people and power behind the earliest fortified communities: the Scild-Burh.
Characters:
Odda on Horse, mounted ealdorman, noble and seasoned, commanding respect and loyalty from atop his steed.
Anglo-Saxon Ealdorman Cuthbert, battle-hardened leader on foot, who rallies warriors through word and iron.
Anglo-Saxon Gesiths in Combat, professional warriors, trained and loyal, forming the backbone of any early English force.
Anglo-Saxon Gesiths in Shieldwall, disciplined troops whose close ranks of interlocked shields define survival and victory.
Anglo-Saxon Great Hall, political and ceremonial heart of every settlement—perfect for hosting skirmishes, diplomacy, or feasts before battle.
We hope these releases spark your imagination as much as they’ve fueled our sculpting tables. Thank you for walking with us month after month.
