Marneus Calgar is a legendary hero who takes every opportunity to strike at the enemies of the Imperium with righteous fury. He’s so eager to defend Ultramar, some of you may have recently seen him stepping into the breach.
Well, he’s not entering battle alone, and he’s brought some awe-inspiring friends with him.

Clad in the Armour of Antilochus, his iconic suit of Terminator armour, and wielding the Gauntlets of Ultramar, Marneus Calgar is a force to be reckoned with.
This brand new miniature recalls the classic Calgar many of you will remember from years past, striding forward in a modernised design decorated with personal heraldry and honour markings.
Almost as famous as Calgar is Cato Sicarius, an accomplished champion of the Ultramarines and newly appointed captain of the Victrix Honour Guard.

Wearing suitably embellished Mk X Tacticus Armour, Cato also sports an all-important back banner* featuring the heraldry of his Chapter. He’s got two choices of heads, one surveying the battlefield in typically stoic manner, the other mid-battle cry.
It wouldn’t be proper to reveal the Lord Macragge without showing off his elite bodyguard, would it? Luckily, we’ve got just the thing…
Composed of 1st Company veterans, the Victrix Honour Guard are peerless warriors who serve as bodyguards for the Chapter’s highest-ranking officers – you know they’re deadly if they’re guarding the likes of Calgar.
This new unit contains three Honour Guard with a bounty of interchangeable options including greaves, helmets, and left arm options wielding master-crafted bolt carbines. One miniature can be built as a Chapter Champion, and another as a Chapter Ancient carrying the Banner of Macragge. We reckon this might hold the record for being the biggest flag in all of Warhammer – seriously, check out this absolutely absurd piece of ornately decorated fabric. That’s peak Ultramarines as far as we’re concerned.

Ich trau mich kaum nachzuschauen, aber wurde der nicht erst „vor kurzem“ neu aufgelegt?
Jo klar, vor kurzem, 2018 kam sein letztes Modell raus.
Komm mal klar.
Warum so gereizt?
Ich habe auch überlegt, dass der doch ein aktuelles Primaris-Modell hat.
Ja, kam vor der 10. Edition als Terminatorrüstungen auch für Primaris verfügbar wurden, weshalb er auf Gravis-Rüstung umgestiegen ist, aber die Frage ist doch jetzt erstmal nichts schlimmes.
Jetzt schläfst Du erstmal und dann kommst Du sicher selbst klar. Wunderbar 😀
Aussagen, die die Welt nicht braucht.
Ich denke, dass er deswegen die Anführungszeichen gesetzt hat. Manche Minis bekommen nach 20-30 Jahren mal eine Neuinterpretation. Deswegen ist es schon seltsam, dass er wieder eine Neuauflage bekommt. Kann ich schon verstehen.
Was ich nicht verstehen kann, ist deine Reaktion.
Ab einem gewissen Alter scheint die Zeit einfach zu verfliegen.
For I Cato Sicarius… Also irgendwie will mir der Marnius nicht gefallen. Der wirkt in sich wieder klein und knubbelig. Keine Ahnung warum.
Hab noch die Box mit der Ehrengarde. Die war damals ein Schritt nach vorne zum alten Calgary.
Ansonsten finde die den x-ten Aufguss eher langweilig.

Hat Calgar nicht das Rubicon überschritten? Ist seine Rüstung mit ihm mitgewachsen?
Den „Rubicon“ gibt es nicht mehr. Die haben sich jetzt endlich drauf festgelegt das marines halt marines sind und das die älteren Modelle kleiner sein dürfen als die neuen. So wie sie es schon vor Jahren hätten machen sollen aber ein shitstorm via end times vermeiden wollten.
Wirklich? Das wurde geretconned? Wo findet man die Info? Genuinely interested.
Seit die Terminatoren in der Leviathan-Box neu aufgelegt wurden, ist es egal, ob Primaris oder First-Born.
Glaube die Haben die Keywords auch weitesgehend abgeschafft und mit dem Codex dann aber wieder das Keyword „Tacticus“ eingefügt, damit Intercessors etc. nicht in Rhinos fahren dürfen *mit den Augen roll*
