Omni 6 is a modular, 3D-printable board game table topper designed for makers, gamers, and tabletop storytellers. Instead of buying an expensive fixed table, you can now print your own gaming surface—custom-sized to your space, your group, and your favorite style of play. Whether you’re running a sprawling RPG campaign or just want a cleaner, more immersive board game night setup, Omni 6 is built to grow with you.

Every segment you print adds function and flexibility. Need more space? Add another player cubby. Want better storage? Add height and slide drawers underneath. The whole system is modular, and the more you build, the more you unlock what this table can do.
Omni 6 is designed to print cleanly and assemble smoothly, strong locking connections. The table topper has a flat bottom surface, intentionally kept minimal to sit evenly on a wide variety of tables—kitchen tables, folding tables, workbenches, and more.

It has enough weight to stay stable during gameplay, but if you’re using a super slick surface or just want extra peace of mind, we’ve got you covered. In the gear list, we’ll be including a link to affordable third-party rubber stick-on pads that work great for adding extra traction and stability. Not required by any means but a nice little upgrade if you feel like your setup could use it.

Swappable Terrain Tiles

At the center of the table is the customizable play area. This section is designed to support swappable panels you print yourself, so the center of your table always fits the type of game you’re playing. Pop in a grid of hex panels and layer your terrain on top. Lay down 1-inch square tiles for RPG sessions. Need a clean, flat board? We’ve got that too.

Multicolor Print Files

Themed panels are designed with multicolor printing in mind. Each sculpted surface is split into layered parts so you can easily assign different filament colors without needing a multi-material printer. This gives you bold, detailed designs with visual contrast straight off the print bed, no painting required.

Features Explained

Omni 6 is packed with thoughtful design and modular upgrades that make it a full system built for serious play and creative flexibility. From player-focused cubbies and terrain-ready play zones to hidden lighting, storage drawers, and themed surfaces, every part of the table was designed to grow with your games.Once you’ve got your tile sets printed, building out your maps is simple. The center play area is designed to hold hex and square tile bases, so you can lay out custom dungeons, battlefields, or board layouts right into the table. You can stack tiles to add elevation, use bridges or scatter terrain to connect sections, or leave open areas for more flexible encounters.

It’s meant to be modular and easy to change between games. You can build something quick for a one-shot or take your time crafting a detailed multi-room layout—whatever fits your session.

If you’re running grid-based games like D&D, Pathfinder, or anything that uses 1-inch tiles, Omni 6 supports a full set of printable dungeon terrain. You’ll be able to drop in sculpted walls, corners, doorways, and more, all designed to line up cleanly with the square tile panels.

We’ll be including a set of printable ruin terrain models made for more freeform wargames. Everything is scaled for standard miniature games and designed to sit on the surface without locking into a grid. It’s easy to rearrange between matches, and you can build out the environment however the scenario calls for.

Command Stations & Options

Every player gets their own personal control center with the Omni 6 Player Cubbies. These 16.6″ Wide cubbies are the heart of the table! designed to give each player space to manage their cards, tokens, dice, and more without cluttering the shared play area.

Each cubby features two hinged flaps: the top opens upward for easy access to storage, while the bottom folds down flat. When you’re not using the height expansion, that lower flap rests flush with your table surface, acting as a smooth writing or rolling space—perfect for character sheets, note-taking, or planning your next move.

Each corner of the Omni 6 table is built with a recessed slot that fits a removable drink holder insert, perfect for keeping beverages off the play surface while still within reach. When not in use, you can pop in a fitted cap that covers the slot cleanly and keeps the surface flush and dust free. They’re also customizable, with themed versions available to match the rest of your table’s style.

As the campaign progresses, we’ll also be unlocking other corner insert options through stretch goals, including dice towers!!!

Omni 6 was built with lighting in mind. The inner rim of the play area features a dedicated groove designed to fit third-party LED light strips, giving you full control over the vibe of your game night. Once installed, the LED strips are hidden beneath removable cover panels that snap cleanly into place! keeping your lights protected and your table looking sleekOmni 6 isn’t just expandable outward—it can lift upward too. By adding modular risers and support frames underneath the main system, you can double the height of your table topper. This extra space opens up a whole new layer of functionality, allowing you to slide in storage drawers beneath the player cubbies without ever touching the surface of your real table.

You build Omni 6 based on how many players you want to seat comfortably. Each cubby is designed to give players their own command station 16.6″ wide, with fold-down trays and optional inserts

Omni 6 also supports a full octagonal layout. This setup uses custom corner segments to form a clean eight-sided shape and is designed to comfortably seat up to eight players. Giving everyone their own space while keeping the play area tightly centered. It’s a great option for RPG groups or larger game nights where equal access is important

Themes!!!

Just like our other Omni projects, Omni 6 supports sculpted themed surfaces. The outer walls, corner caps, and cubby covers can all be printed with rich surface detail. Choose from Fable Guild, Cyber Hub, Tech Gothic, or keep it clean and minimalist—it’s all up to you. You can also mix and match, so if you want clean cubbies but ornate corners, go for it.
