When we launched Bolt Action: Third Edition, we released a roadmap for upcoming book releases, telling you when you could expect to see each Armies of… book hit shelves. With Armies of Germany and Armies of the United States now out and Armies of Great Britain on pre-order, it’s time to advance the calendar. Let’s have a look!

Armies of the Soviet Union and Armies of Imperial Japan finish the initial run of providing books for each of the armies covered in the main rulebook, and then we’re into a brave new world. For the first time, Italy and France will have their own standalone books, bringing them firmly to the table as ‘major’ Bolt Action factions, and the Commonwealth will join the stable, not as an appendix to the Armies of Great Britain, but as its own unique book covering half a dozen different nations! Alongside and in between each of these books, the range of miniatures will continue to expand, with new plastic infantry, vehicles, and much more already well under development!
