This is Balthus Dire, the warlord of the Citadel of Chaos.

Scheiße bin ich alt, ich habe das „Abenteuer Spielbuch“ (so die damals offizielle Bezeichnung) in den 80er gespielt und nun bringen sie die Minis dafür raus.
