The sprues take 20 seconds each to make, so a box of 6 sprues takes 4 minutes. We’re starting with – IRRC – 3,000 boxes. But we don’t need quite that many to get initial orders out. Running all day (they don’t do 24 hrs, because it needs supervision) it should take a week or a bit more.
The actual cardboard boxes take a week from ‚go‘, which is where we are. We’ll be running the marine and bug boxes at the same time, since we’ll need both of them shortly. So, working on the ‚Tony picks up the sprues, gets some pals, has a big boxing party with beer (staff? You think we have staff?) — well, we hope to get them all on their way ASAP.
Tony has a better sense of this than I do, of course.
