The Downed AT-ST Battlefield Expansion contains six new battle cards that dramatize a two-act struggle over a wrecked AT-ST, outlining the objectives, deployments, and conditions of a brand-new, two-part scenario.

As the scenario opens, a lone AT-ST on a recon mission has gathered important intel on the location of an underground Rebel bunker before being shot down by Alliance starfighters. Desperate to Secure the Intel, the first act sees both players racing toward the downed AT-ST to extract this crucial information before it can fall into enemy hands.

  • Die Idee ist eigentlich ganz nett. Aber knapp 50 Dollar für einen Wrackmarker – und nur weil für den ein paar Szenario-Regeln mit dabei sind – ist imo schon arg happig. (Vor allem, da der reguläre AT-ST von Legion sogar etwas weniger kostet.)

    • Kostet er nicht. DIrekt bei FFG auf der Seite sind Beide mit 49,95$ bepreist.

      Was auch nachvollziehbar ist, denn der Aufwand in der Produktion dürfte nahezu identisch sein (Sculptingkosten, Formenkosten, Materialkosten)

      Da man von dem Geländestück allerdings weit weniger verkaufen wird, als vom regulären AT-ST, ist das kalkulationstechnisch sogar ein besserer Preis als der reguläre AT-ST.

      Nun kann man natürlich darüber streiten, ob der Preis allgemein angemessen ist, aber dein Argument ist schlichtweg falsch.

      • Hmm, habe ich hier wohl versehentlich den deutschen Preis für den AT-ST genommen, denn der liegt bei 42 Euro 95.

        Ich finde den Preis für ein Geländestück mit Regeln dennoch etwas hoch.

    Ich bin in verschiedenen STAR WARS Gruppen und immer wieder aufs Neue fasziniert wieviel Arbeit dort die Spieler in ihre Miniaturen und vor allem in cooles, bespielbar Gelände stecken.

  • Ich will nicht typisch §Disney/FFG§ rufen, allerdings denke auch ich das der Preis mehr als überhöht ist. Ich hoffe nicht das die Szenario-Regeln als Ausrede dafür ins Feld geführt werden da die meisten Hersteller ein zum Gelände passendes Szenario meist schlicht als pdf auf Ihre Homepage stellen (oder dem Produkt lediglich einen QR Code zu selbigen beilegen, siehe Infinity Dire Foes Boxen)

    Trotzdem, sieht sicher nice auf dem Tisch aus.
    Wie ist das eigentlich, hinterläßt ein zerstörter Snowspeeder oder Walker ein Wrack auf dem Spielfeld?

  • Scheint eine Eigenheit des AT-ST zu sein, dass unvollständige oder zerstörte Modelle mehr bzw. genau so viel kosten wie die normale Version. Das ist bei Lego nämlich anscheinend auch passiert…

  • Naja, 50 Tacken für ein solches Geländestück find ich jetzt nicht mal sooo schlimm, es sieht echt gut aus und wenn man einen AT-ST selbst für so ein Mini-Diorama verstümmeln würde wäre es auch in etwa derselbe Preis, materialtechnisch. Hier bezahlt man eben Zeit mit Geld.
    OK für mich.

  • Naja, da kann man sich auch günstig einen alten Bausatz bei Ebay schießen und gut ist. also da man es noch anmalen muss ectpp. Kommt es mit der zeit auch nicht mehr viel hin.
    Einfach paar Stücke drauf,fertig ist.

    Manche machen echt eine wissenschaft daraus.

    • Also aus einem alten Bausatz von Ebay würde ich kein Wrack-Diorama basteln. Dazu wäre er mir zu schade.

    • Gibt ja auch immer noch neue Steckbausätze von Bandai in 1:48 für ca. 25 EUR. Der Snowspeeder hat übrigens auch den passenden Maßstab. Fühl mich wie in Dauerschleife und verlange bald Geld von Bandai, so oft wie ich die Dinger jetzt schon empfohlen habe….
