Hello everyone,
As you know, American pledges have already been „deployed“ after a tortuous seaborne voyage. This is good news. Please let us know if you haven’t received an email.
We will start wrapping up Euro shipments that have not arrived yet and hopefully everything will end very soon.
As to why our communication has been lackluster in the past few months… in a few words, we are devastated. We are devastated because we know that Burning Games will cease to exist once the final shipments of DCA have been made. It hurts me to type these words because it means that the dream we have tried to build is coming to an end.
Still, we know that right now all of you should be the protagonists, not us.
I promise I will charge the batteries to the full right now to give an end to this company in a way that we can be proud of.
TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PLEDGES YET (EU and INTERNATIONAL): write us a message and I’ll personally will take care of it. I will send a personal message to the ones that have left a message in the main board.

Nothing lasts forever
…ok, I know this is triviality. We’ve been discussing it for the past year and we’ve come to conclusion it is time to close shop with the end of 2019. Till then we’ll operate normally – so we’ll still release a couple of new stuff, the orders will be sent, models printed and so on.
But why you might ask. Shortly after KS some pretty nasty stuff happened to both me and Kacper privately, in a very short time span. Sadly it affected the workshop. While we eventually recovered and got the workshop up and running again the chemistry was gone. We no longer worked as a team and we’ve no longer complemented one another.
Don’t get me wrong – the store and sculpting commissions still bring money. But I don’t feel we’re moving in the right direction and things have been stagnating for the past 2 years. I feel that under new roof, with more energetic team the range could blossom.
Which brings me to good news. My hope is that it won’t be the end of the range. At this point we’re in talks with some local vendors that are interested in picking up the range. And there’s also task for you – if you know someone that might be interested / someone you’d like to take over – let us / them know. The more, the better chance it will find a better home.
At this point I’d like to thank several parties. First of all – you, our customers. Not only for financial support. We’ve got so many amazing emails, fantastic chit-chats during events – it kept us going. Secondly our friends that helped us during tough times – Kuba, Maciek, Artur among others. You guys seriously rock!
Then big shout out goes to our team – we’ve got some fantastic folks over the years. It was awesome to watch your skills blossom and so many times things you provided were way outside regular job tasks.
Then to all the companies we’ve worked with – with notable mention to Rebel, Postindustrial Games, Siren Miniatures, Fragged Empire, Sword Board Games, Wargamer and man others. It was fantastic to work on your models.
Even taking all the rough times into account running MaxMini.eu was fantastic experience. We’ve loved it and learned so much. I hope we’ll be able to meet during some future projects. While personally I plan to take a break from wargaming related things I enjoy this hobby too much to leave it completely. Keep on happy hobbying!

Das ist extrem schade. Ich hatte gehofft, das sie Coreball nochmal eine Chance geben. Aber gut, auf besonders finanziell sicheren Füßen hätte dieser KS wohl eher nicht gestanden. Ich hoffe ein anderer Hersteller kann vlt diese IP übernehmen.
Warum sollte das jemand tun?
Die Ip ist völlig verbrannt und dürfte nur noch als Steuerabschreibungsobjekt taugen und das dürfte keiner wirklich brauchen.
Wow, eine IP gilt als hoffnungslos verbrannt nach einem frustranem KS?
Finde ich etwas zu eindimensional gedacht
Immerhin gibt es ein System mit fertigen Grafiken, Sculpts und Regeln.
Da sind eine ganze Menge Entwicklungskosten schon eingeflossen, die ein neuer Anbieter nicht 1:1 auf den Preis anrechnen müsste.

Die Entwicklungskosten könnten niedriger sein aber das schlägt sich normalerweise im Kaufpreis nieder.
Verbrannt ist die IP in PR-Sicht ein gescheiterter Kickstarter zeigt eigentlich das kein Interesse für das System am Markt existiert. Warum also sollte jemand für ein System das nicht mal den Markteinstieg geschafft hat Geld verbrennen.
Und selbst wenn das nicht reicht die Szene vergisst nicht das das ganze schon mal gescheitert ist und den daraus resultierenden höheren Anfangsverdacht das System könnte nicht gut sein muss man auch erstmal überwinden was auch wieder Geld kostet.
TTCombat kauft ja auch nur Marken die etabliert sind aber halt auf Grund des Managements abgesoffen sind.
Und selbst da kaufen sie nicht alles.
