  • Bis auf die, für mich zumindest, untypisch massigen Waffen, sehr hübsche Modelle. Besonders der schlichte Peace-Magier weiß mir zu gefallen.

  • Da juckt es einen schon in den Fingern. Während mich die Zwerge ehr weniger gereizt haben, sprechen mich die Elfen doch durchaus an. Ich denke grade über eine Elfenbande für Frostgrave nach. 😀

    Ich mag das Designe von Oathmark und Frostgrave generell. Es ist viel mehr an Wikingern und Germanen orientiert als sonst.
    Zuerst etwas ungewöhnlich, wenn man sich drauf einlässt funktioniert es aber erstaunlich gut.

    ARGH. 1987 hat angerufen und will seine Minis zurück…

    Spass bei Seite ist mir zu old school aber wem es gefällt wird sicher damit glücklich…

  • Irgendwie mag da der Funke bei mir nicht überspringen. Bin wohl auch eher für bärtiger Kämpfer zu haben…

  • Ich freue mich auch auf Oathmark; die Goblins finde ich klasse, leider habe ich schon zu viele alte GW/Harlequin/etc Gobbos, die optisch dazu nicht kompatibel sind. Elfen aber scheinen zu passen, ich freue mich auf ein ausführliches Review! Bitte auch mit Vergleichsfotos zu anderen Old-School-Elfen-Reihen falls möglich.

    Was mich bei Oathmark etwas „beunruhigt“ ist die Ankündigung, dass alle Infantrie auf 25mm-Basen kommt (zum „Glück“ habe ich meine ziemlich große gedippte Skelette-Armee aus mir heute nicht mehr nachvollziehbaren Gründen damals auf 25mm-Basen gestellt). Außerdem basiere ich wegen Dragon Rampant meine Regimenter nur noch in 12er Blocks und Oathmark soll mit 10er Schritten arbeiten, wie KoW. Naja, besser zwei zu viel als zwei zu wenig…

  • Hmm…. Oldschool ist mir persönlich zu old hier. Erinnert mir an Mithril HdR Figuren, und die waren zumindest zierlich.
    Ich kann mich dafür leider gar nicht erwärmen. Elfen müssen für mich einfach zierlicher sein. Filigraner muss gar nicht, aber zierlicher.
