I’m very fond of him, because he’s a „wearing overcoat character“. You know, I have a kind of fetish for overcoats, I think they are way more badass than simple cloaks u_u
Don’t ask me why, but I like them so much!
I hope you like this new character, with him we wanted to catch an important side of the Second Government lore: the strict discipline.
