Slaughterball is a competitive board game simulating a ferocious future bloodsport where 2-4 teams of genetically-engineered super-athletes clash in a remorseless steel pit. Teams score points by making goals and injuring opponents. The rules are elegant and brutal, quick to pick up, but with the strategic depth to fuel endless hours of thrilling victories and agonizing defeats.

Slaughterball DELUXE is a very large game. The base game weighs over 3 kg (nearly 7 lbs). Shipping internationally is very expensive for such a large game, but we’ll be subsidizing at least $12 of the shipping cost.
Shipping costs for the Team pledge is free to the US, EU, and the rest of the world. If you add any add-ons, shipping increases by $10 for EU and worldwide shipping.
Shipping costs for the Lite pledge to the EU is $16 and $28 to the rest of the world.
Shipping costs for the Razor and Butcher pledge to the EU is $36, and $58 to the rest of the world.
I’m sure we all know that shipping rates increase frequently. Don’t worry, though. We will cover any shipping rate increases between now and when we ship. Your shipping rates won’t change even if ours do.
Even though this will be difficult for a small startup company like us to absorb, we want to help get Slaughterball into as many international hands as possible. We’re doing everything we can to get Slaughterball to you, the Global Slaughterball League players, who are supporting us, and we are very thankful for your support.

Sieht beim ersten Rüberscrollen wie eine quietschige Version von Dreadball aus. Wahrscheinlich wieder ein KS, wo die Stretchgoals purzeln werden.
Ehr nicht …, KS läuft bereits seit mehreren Tagen und es ist der zweite Versuch. Immerhin haben sie diesmal die 40k erreicht.
Durch Dreadball ist es durchaus schwerer geworden, sich in diesem Thema zu platzieren, da hat Mantic bereits einiges vorgelegt und viele Kunden ansich gebunden. 🙂
Das Konzept scheint mir deutlich besser als bei Dreadball zu sein. Werde noch mal darüber schlafen und schauen ob ich noch einsteige…
Das wichtigste Merkmal von Slaughterball ist für mich das es von vornherein designt wurde um auch 3, 4 und 6 Spieler-Matches zu erlauben.
Ich war schon beim ersten Kicker dabei und mich hat das Konzept durchaus überzeugt.
Ausserdem sind die KS-Exclusives extrem genial 😀

Hatte nur was von Stretch Goals bei Twitter-Followern und so gelesen. Das klingt dann für mich immer nach ziemliich viel Chichi, um das Ganze Ding aufzublasen.
warum muss man irgendwelche Goddies freischalten, nur weil jemand 500 mal auf die Maus geklickt hat?

wobei den lasse ich aus Kaosball reicht mir und der hier ist mir zu bunt
erinnert mich ein wenig an den Film Rollerball .. also das Original aus den 60ern! 🙂
Da bin ich auch wieder dabei.
Ich erwarte eigentlich keine x freigeschalteteten Stretchgoals, aber was man bereits jetzt in der Grundbox bekommt finde ich schon super.
Alles andere was jetzt noch kommt ist eine nette Dreingabe auf einem bereits gutem Paket
Findest du- 145 plus 36 Porto finde ich doch recht hoch angesetzt
insbesonders das Porto hat mich sofort abgehalten
Ein Schnäppchen isses nicht, das streite ich nicht ab….da ist das Verhältniss von Plastikfiguren zu Preis bei cmon und Mantic schon ein besseres.
Trotzdem denke ich, das durch die Größe der Figuren das Spiel trotzdem einen fairen Gegenwert hat
