Dystopian Wars: Neuheiten
Auch Dystopian Wars kommt nicht zu knapp bei den kommenden Neuheiten.
DWPE14 Prussian Empire Gewitterwolke Class Airship
The dull pulsing engines of the Gewitterwolke Class Airship are often heard, but rarely do you see this airship emerge from the stormy skies until it is too late. With a crackling, thunderous shriek the Fore Tesla Coil unleashes hurt on any unfortunate enemy foolish enough to stray into the path of this aerial Armageddon. You may also want to reconsider your position should you be ill-fated enough to be darkened by its shadow; the arsenal of bombs this flyer carries ensures it leaves little standing in its wake.
DWPE15 Prussian Empire Saxony Class Corvette
The Prussian Corvette was designed from the very beginning to be an effective small fighter. Additional armour was later added to the bow, but other than that its profile is identical to that of the blueprints that gave birth to it. It is often a welcome sight for crews of Prussian fleet ships immersed in the heat of battle as it races alongside to support its fellow naval vessels.
DWPE16 Prussian Empire Hussar Class Gunship
The Prussian Hussar’s role is as obtuse as the Prussian aesthetic, and with two fore mounted turrets and an internal Tesla Generator, it is a ship to be feared from near or far. Deadly on approach and even more deadly within your ranks, the Hussar may lack the complement of assault marines other Prussian ships are known for, but it is by no means a ship to be ignored. Better to sink it fast.
DWKB14 Kingdom of Britannia Eagle Class War Rotor
The Eagle Class War Rotor is a marvel of Her Majesty’s Flying Corps and the pride of any pilot that is granted the honour of captaining one. Years of engineering have gone into the development of this flying behemoth, and the utilisation of hybrid rotor driven propulsion and Sturginium-enhanced Anti-Gravitation generators allows thousands of tonnes of British steel to glide into the sky above the battlefield, much to the horror of its foes.
DWKB15 Kingdom of Britannia Swift Class Corvette
The Britannian Corvette’s initial design was that of a short range scouting vessel. After earning its stripes in a number of sorties and rescue missions the ship’s build profile was upgraded to accommodate a fore turret and improved armour surrounding the magazine, which is positioned directly below the gun itself. Some distinct features remain however, such as the starboard searchlight and streamlined cabin.
DWKB16 Kingdom of Britannia Agincourt Class Gunship
The Agincourt Class Gunship is the cavalry of the sea, designed to flank in, firing its turret and torpedoes into the fray. As it swings past the deadly 180 degree torpedo turret unleashes further death and mayhem as the Agincourt continues on to harass the rest of the enemy fleet.
DWBS14 Empire of the Blazing Sun Tsukuyomi Class War Gyro
If your aerial units have been clever (some would say lucky) enough to outmanoeuvre the squadrons of fighters and avoid obliteration by the torrent of rockets launching from any supporting Inari Class Scout Gyros, you’d better be praying you don’t wander within range of the Tsukuyomi Class War Gyro. This guardian of the skies keeps a watchful eye over its fellow aerial companions with some brutal firepower. Its main turrets are specifically designed to track and destroy anything unlucky enough to assume the sky is big enough to share.
DWBS15 Empire of the Blazing Sun Fujin Class Corvette
The Blazing Sun Corvette is a prototype vessel that is still being forced to earn its reputation after a couple of minor incidents during the early refinement stages (it was not unknown for these vessels to be seen exploding on the distant horizon). The addition of extra armour to the front and midsection of the vessel gives it a look that is quite different to existing Blazing Sun vessels, but the crews of the Fujin report that it performs very well in the heat of battle.
DWBS16 Empire of the Blazing Sun Tanuki Class Gunship
The Blazing Sun Tanuki Class Gunship has the firepower and flexibility that many of the Empress’s ships lack; her main turret can deal out damage all round while the fore torpedoes cut into the enemy lines. All the while rockets will be falling from the skies in fiery destruction.
DWFS14 Federated States of America Valley Class Large Flyer
New and revolutionary sciences have turned the skies of Dystopian Wars into a deadly arena, where massive airships and rotorcraft fill the air with fire and fury. The last nation to unveil its Large Flyer was the Federated States of America, looking to intimidate its enemies with a menacing tri-hull airship that hurls death at anything foolish enough to engage it in combat.
DWFS15 Federated States of America Revere Class Corvette
The FSA initially scrapped their plans for such a small fighting ship, as it was decided that the resources required to produce a steam vessel with such an undersized presence amongst a fleet could be better spent elsewhere. However, after reviewing a design by the relatively unknown engineer Edmund Collerton III, the idea of a vessel that could be built quickly and cheaply and without the need for a dockyard prompted the FSA military to give the vessel the go-ahead.
DWFS16 Federated States of America Princeton Class Gunship
The FSA have created a Gunship with a different role in mind to vessels of the same design from other nations. The Princeton is an artillery emplacement on the water, its large turret raining death and destruction from afar along with a healthy dose of rockets to boot. It does, however, have the speed to outmanoeuvre the enemy and reposition as it needs to.
DWCA13 Covenant of Antarctica Callimachus Class Time Dilation Orb (waterlined)
This is a version of the CoA Time Dilation Orb that can be deployed in support of naval fleets.
DWCA14 Covenant of Antarctica Daedalus Class Large Flyer
The Daedalus Large Flyer is named after the mythical father of Icarus, and is a war machine born of risk and ingenuity. The net result of the technology that has been poured into the design of this flyer by the CoA engineers is a brutal machine of war.
DWCA15 Covenant of Antarctica Thales Class Corvette
The Thales is a continuation of the design presented by the Diogenes Frigate, a ship built with aesthetics more than practicality in mind. This Corvette is, however, a welcome addition to the still-fledgling Covenant of Antarctica fleets, operating in the waters surrounding Antarctica in a mixed scouting and combat role.
DWCA16 Covenant of Antarctica Zeno Class Armoured Cruiser
The Covenant of Antarctica have done away with the more traditional designation for a heavy hulled monster that can unleash a brutal broadside and drop a host of mines to litter the waves with. The Zeno has forgone the flexibility of turrets for one of the Covenant’s most powerful experimental weapons – the Particle Accelerator.
DWCA22 Covenant of Antarctica Archimedes Class Heavy Walker
Eight legs, giant mechanical claws, an under-slung turret and a mean temperament: that sums up this huge CoA Heavy Walker. Elegantly designed, this is one of the coolest looking machines ever designed by the engineers of the CoA.
DWCA23 Covenant of Antarctica Atticus Class Medium Walker
As it scurries along low to the ground the Atticus is almost bug-like in its appearance, but that is where the similarity ends. Not many bugs can engage an enemy and blow them away with withering fire – but the Atticus can!
DWCA24 Covenant of Antarctica Socrates Class Bombard
The Socrates is a brutal piece of mobile artillery. A unique propulsion system makes the model highly manoeuvrable, capable of even operating in shallow water. No CoA commander should be without one, or maybe more.
DWCA25 Covenant of Antarctica Xenophon Class Small Walker
A squadron of 5 Xenophons has the ability to engage at Range Band 1 and lay down 11AD of weapons fire, which makes these small, elusive tanks something you should not take for granted. Looking like metallic spiders moving across the icy wastes of Antarctica, this Small Walker is great fun to deploy.
